    Museum collection description: The museum houses archaeology collection from local sites IV-III Millennium B.C. (ceramic family seals, collection of adornment, weapons), numismatic collection; collection of XVIII-XIX cc. ethnography (Georgian and Karabagh carpets and rugs, textiles, golden thread embroidery for religious clothes; collection of XVII-XIX cc. weapons etc. Branches: Alexander Javakhishvili House Museum (village Dzevera), Niko Lomouri House Museum (village Arbo)

     

     

    Working hours: Everyday, except Sunday and Monday, 09.30 – 17.30
    Ticket price: Adults – 3 GEL, children – 0.50 GEL, students – 1 GEL
    Free of charge: Children less than 6 years of age and homeless children, soldiers, employers of Georgian and Foreign Museums, ICOM members, I and II category disabled persons, refugees.
