    Museum collection descriptionThe museum preserves the archaeological museum From the IV millennium X-XII cc. Artefacts dated; Antique old gold and glass collections, samples of the daily life of ancient Mtskheta. There are about 23 000 exhibits.
    The part of the Museum-Reserve is: Residence of Kartli Kings (BC III century) - Armaztsikhe (Bagineeti); The residence of the kings of Iberia - Pyatikshak - Armaziskhevi (Palace Complex, Bath, tombs of Pittikasch - II-III cc); Samtavro's tomb (2nd century AD - VIII century), mausoleum type (I c.).

    Working hours: Everyday, except Monday, 10.00-18.00
    Ticket price: Adult - 3 GEL, schoolchildrens and students - 1 GEL. Guided tour - 15 GEL. children archaeology - 5 GEL.
    Free of charge: Children under 6 years of age and homeless children. Groups: Employees of Georgian and Foreign Museums, ICOM, ICOMOS members (with valid identification), People with disabilities, soldiers, refugees.
